Alison Ye, CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) is a tax and accounting professional known for her technical precision, thoughtful planning strategies, and genuine care for her clients’ long-term success. She holds a Master’s in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and brings nearly a decade of public accounting experience to her practice.

Born and raised in China, Alison moved to the United States to pursue her education and professional aspirations. Since graduating, she has worked exclusively in public accounting, developing deep expertise in complex tax matters involving large real estate partnerships, S corporations, sole proprietorships, and high-net-worth, multi-state individual returns. She also has hands-on experience in business valuation, supporting clients with buy/sell transactions, estate planning, and gift tax strategies.

Alison serves a diverse client base that includes real estate professionals of all sizes, small business owners across various industries, and professionals from a wide spectrum of fields. After spending five years in Salt Lake City, Alison relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona, where she now lives with her husband, their two children, and Moe—their tiny, yappy (but beloved) dog. The move was driven by her husband’s career, and since then, Alison has built a fulfilling life rooted in family and community.
