Cynthia Thompson joined Babb Financial Group in 2011. She began in client service and worked her way up over the years, earning her current role as Senior Client Service Specialist. She holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation and is licensed in life and health insurance in the state of Arizona. That progression gave her a thorough understanding of the firm, its clients, and what it takes to keep the operational side of things running well.
Cynthia is task-oriented and takes the operational side of client service seriously. Her focus is on execution and follow-through, and she works hard to keep details from slipping. Over more than a decade with the firm, she has built real relationships with clients and understands that the quality of those relationships depends on the day-to-day work being done well. Newer members of the team look to her as an example of what that kind of steady, disciplined effort looks like in practice.
Originally from Louisiana, Cynthia earned her degree in psychology from Louisiana State University in 2003 and relocated to Flagstaff in 2006. She has been here ever since and has no shortage of opinions about which trails are worth the effort. In her free time she hikes, reads, and watches football, specifically LSU football.
