Jackson Wellborn is a Client Service Specialist at Babb Financial Group. He is the person who keeps communication flowing between clients and the planning team, reaching out to schedule conversations, answering questions, following up on the details, and welcoming people into the office. His professional background spans education, insurance, and software development, and that range has given him a deep understanding of how to connect with people, foster meaningful relationships, and solve challenging problems on the fly.

What people notice first about Jackson is how he makes them feel heard. He is enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about growing connections with the clients and people he works with. Always staying positive, he works to find a path forward whenever a challenge comes up, and he creates a comfortable environment with everyone he engages with. Whether it is a quick phone call or a longer conversation in the office, talking with Jackson never feels like talking to a call center.

Before settling in Flagstaff, Jackson and his wife spent time exploring the country in their camper van. Northern Arizona kept pulling them back, trip after trip, and its natural beauty was ultimately something they could not resist. In 2026 they put down roots in Flagstaff for good, with the camper van now reserved for weekend adventures.

Outside of work, Jackson spends much of his time enjoying the outdoors through hiking, biking, and running, and he loves camping with his wife and their pup on the weekends. He is also a musician, thespian, and game developer who is passionate about connecting people to the arts.
