Who We Are

A relationship built on
planning, not transactions.

Founded in Flagstaff in 1981, Babb Financial Group has spent more than four decades building ongoing relationships with individuals, families, and business owners across northern Arizona, Sedona, and throughout the country. We are an independent firm, free to build planning and investment strategies around our clients' needs rather than the products of a particular institution. What drives us is building long-term relationships rooted in thoughtful planning and ongoing guidance, grounded in our Flagstaff community and extended to clients wherever they are.

Our goal is to help individuals, families, and business owners work through complex decisions around retirement planning, investment management, tax strategy, and estate coordination with experienced, coordinated support.

Our Legacy

Meet the Founder

Bill Babb founded Babb Financial Group in Flagstaff in 1981 after following his high school sweetheart to Arizona. What began as a vision to create a firm with a positive and lasting impact on the community has grown into a multi-generational practice built on the values Bill lived by: hard work, perseverance, and a real sense of responsibility to the people he served.

Before founding the firm, Bill served as a sergeant in the United States Army and earned degrees from Northern Arizona University. His story, shaped by resilience, family, and a deep sense of responsibility, is the foundation everything here is built on.
